Head Pastry Chef / Patissier – Michelin Restaurant in a 5* Hotel

Head Pastry Chef / Patissier for a Michelin Restaurant in Ireland set in a luxury 5* resort.

Ideal pastry chef will have worked in a Michelin star restaurant and understand the requirements of maintaining a star.

Should be comfortable training and supervising a small pastry team and maintainin the highest quality standards. Ideal Patissier would have a pastry diploma / CAP Patissier qualification and a CV working at 5* hotels and michelin restaurant.

Subsidised accomadation available for 100 euros a week.

Exellent package for the right candidate. Would accept Assistant / Senior Sous pastry chefs from 2 / 3 Michelin * restaurants looking for their first Head Pastry postition.
