Head Chef – London

All day brasserie restaurant in London seeking a Head Chef.

The successful head chef will have a minimum of 2 years experience working as a head chef and a CV showing steady progression and stability through jobs. Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment. Well organised and able to supervise and train a large brigade of chefs to cook dishes in a consistent manner.

Ideal candidate will have worked in a 100 seat cover restaurant with a large team of chefs. Must have right to work in UK / EU settlement status.

Salary- Up to £45,000 basic plus tronc and performance bonus and incentives.
